We ships products to the contiguous 48 states. Orders are typically shipped the day after they are received. However, please allow up to 2 days for processing of orders containing dog and cat food. Orders made online after Saturday at 12:00pm noon through Sunday will ship the following Monday.
We ships packages through USPS, UPS & FEDEX.

Delivery Timeframe: Ground shipping typically takes 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

Express shipping options are currently not available at this time.
Returns
Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For purchases with a receipt, you will receive a refund for the amount paid.
If you wish to return via mail, you may do so with the carrier of your choice. Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to an error caused by us. Returns must be processed within 30 days of receipt of your merchandise. Please make note of your return tracking information. Please include the invoice in the box and identify the reason for the return on the invoice, once the item is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund. Kindly allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit statement. Please contact us if you need to return the order.

We are not responsible for return shipments lost by the carrier. Any merchandise that is in used condition and/or returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee. Kindly allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit statement. The timeframe may vary based on your financial institution.
